đź’Ľ Job Summary:
Speaker scouting is the starting point for creating high-quality, well-balanced event programs. Speaker scouts are responsible for searching, identifying, and contacting suitable speakers with relevant expertise and impactful content for our events and conferences.

🔍 Your Key Responsibilities:

Speaker Research & Outreach

  • Identify speakers with strong presentation skills who can effectively deliver valuable and engaging content on corporate innovation topics

  • Maintain and continuously improve our comprehensive speaker database to track potential candidates

Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with program managers to curate and finalize event programs

  • Reach out to potential speakers to determine their interest and availability for one or more events

  • Ensure clear and professional communication throughout the speaker selection process

Development Opportunities

Career growth is driven by continuous learning and the development of new capabilities, with opportunities to progress towards a Program Manager role, which involves taking ownership of event programs.

Job requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities is preferred.

  • Research skills – Strong (online) research skills to identify potential speakers, evaluate their qualifications and gather relevant information. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

  • Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential speakers and team members.

  • Organization – Exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure proper completion of tasks.

  • Experience – Enthusiasm for and interest in innovation and business related subjects are valued. Candidates with interests and hobbies centered around these topics are encouraged to apply, as they bring valuable insight and passion to the role.
